Cold-Drawn Flat Bars

As a prominent manufacturer of cold-drawn stainless steel flat bars in India, we employ the highly effective cold drawing process. This method involves feeding the pointed end of the bar or coil into a gripping device on the drawing machine. The machine then pulls the remaining unreduced section of the bar through a die, which reduces the cross-sectional area of the original bar, increases the length of the product, and shapes its profile. The outcome of this cold drawing process is a product at room temperature, known as "cold drawn," featuring a bright and polished finish, as well as improved machining characteristics. This drawing operation not only enhances the mechanical properties but also ensures precise and uniform dimensional tolerances.
